What you’ll need:

• The module PCBs
• Circuit components (microcontroller, capacitors, resistors, etc.)
• Solder paste
• Heat gun
• Tweezers
• (optional) Sewing needle
  • This helps me apply small amounts of solder paste evenly

Assembling modules

1. Apply even amounts of solder to the pads

Here I’m using a needle to do so:

2. Place the components using tweezers

Here I’m placing a crystal:

These components are all placed and ready for soldering!

3. Heat up the circuits with a heat gun

You’ll want to make sure the solder is fully melted and the components adhered properly.

Assembling Analog modules

Analog modules have an additional ADC/DAC to put on the bottom of the PCB, so just line it up with the dot on the PCB and repeat the steps above!
